Legal Question in Family Law in California

Divorce when unable to locate spouse

What steps need to be taken to obtain a divorce when you have not seen nor spoken to the spouse for 11 years? Additionally, the location of the other spouse is not known and there are no living family members of the spouse. Please advise. Thank you.
