got a divorce

I wanted to know my divorce is final and I got married in Neveda but I did not put that I was married once before is that going to affect my new marriage now?

You should check it out with the laws in the state of Nevada.

If you have obtained a divorce in CA and the judgment for divorce if final, then you can legally get married again. If you didn't put down on the form for marriage in Nevada that you had been married previously, I doubt that this would affect your current marital status. I imagine this is to help the parties to be truthful with each other, and also so that Nevada can keep statistical data on marriages and divorces.
