she wants a divorce
she wanted me to be a stay at home dad 3 years ago so i did because she had work goels we move to 3 differnt states for her work now she's saying she doesnt love me anymore well she moved out i stayed in the house with kids now i'm forced to go get a job im 40 years old with a 500.000 doller home no job! she said she'll give me 1300 a month plus 30%of her bonuses about 300 every 3 months i live in ca. now for only 7 months is there anyway you can give me a rough idia what i may be intitled to im also talking care of kids most of the time she takes them 1 time during week and every other weekend her salery is about 75,000 a year i really would like to move back to oregon where i left a good job then she moved us so she could try to reach her goelsif i move could i take kids? she tells me i can't move but it is very exspesive here! ty a stay at home dad

This is a complicated issue. Unfortunately there is no short answer. The courts in California have jurisdiction to do what is best for the children. I would be happy to discuss this further with you. My office is in the San Diego area.
