If my wife abandoned the marriage and lived with another man in the home that was left five months behind on the mortage, is she still eligible to receive half of the property during our divorce. Is she also eligible to receive half of my profit share after abandoning the marriage and her son.

yes, she's still entitled to her share of the community property. community property includes assets acquired during your marriage (before date of separation) through your labors.
