Do It Yourself Divorce?

My wife and I have decided for various reasons that we do not wish to be married. We have no property to split, no kids, and want this to be as stress free as possible. We also have very little money, and are hoping it is possible to just file the paperwork ourselves. Is there legal aid available for such a thing at the courthouse? How long does it take for the divorce to become final?

go to www.nolo.com and get their do it yourself divorce kit. it takes 6 months
