Divorce
My wife and i are getting divorced. She
lives in Oregon with our 3 kids, i live in
California. Do I have to file for divorce
in Oregon or can i do it here, thank you
for your time.

You can file for divorce in California, but Oregon is probably the home state of the children and the custody issues would be heard in Oregon. Therefore you should consider having both matters heard in Oregon.
