My wife has filed for divorce. I am not contesting that, however, I am contesting her requests for spousal support and continued medical insurance. How do I respond to those requests on the form sent (FL 120). Do I counter the items (7 g, h, i & j) and 5 b?

You need to file a response and check the box to terminate spousal support. Medical insurance through your employer ceases when the marriage is dissolved. You should also object to the provision that you provide medical insurance.
