Legal Question in Family Law in California

Help with my divorce

Wife has currently moved out and left everything. I cant find her to serve with the papers that i filed. She has only called 1 time since she has left. My questions are- How long do I have to give her access to get her stuff, ( there is no rental agreement, my dad owns house and she has nothing in her name here) and she has not done a change of address to the mail.

Then next how do I proceed with the divorce since I can find her to serve her?

You can serve her by publication. To do that you must obtain a court order allowing service by publication. After serving her by publication then you can work on the disposition of the community property.
