Legal Question in Family Law in California

I want to divorce my wife. We have a prenup, she said she will deny validity despite the fact that she paid an attorney to write it. She was arrested for domestic violence against me. I did not show up in court and the case was dismissed. She managed to fake a case of domestic violence, this time I am the attacker. I ended up with 3 years probation. Now she has the upper hand, and each time we argue she threatens to get me arrested. She continues to abuse me, last week she threw a heavy plant at me, another day she threw her beer to my face. I feel I am in great danger. If I file for divorce she will be pissed at me and most likely I will end up in jail. I want her out of my house ( it is mine). Since she does not really work and cannot support herself (she is an actress) she is blackmailing me and ask for 200K up front to move out. Of course it is a violation of our prenup. I need strong representation in this case, and need to know she can dispute our prenup validity. Thank you

Possession of the house is not 9/10 of the law. If you fear for your safety, it would be best for you to be temporarily out of the house and immediately seek the services of an experienced family law attorney to seek restraining orders for her removal from the house and get protective orders for you.
