Divorce
Hello ,
I want to divorce my wife as soon as possible but I want to do it in safe way and secure way so no one get screwed up in the process .
1- I don�t want to face her , just walk out of house and then send divorce papers to her
2- Give her $ 1000 a month for one year so she is not covered with rent and other bills
3- We have all bills in our both names? not sure what to with ought screwing our credit history
4- Car insurance is in both name , she has two cars , I don�t have car
5- I took a life insurance so if something happened to me she is covered not sure what to with that ?
6- Phone is in my name but is month 2 month family plan
7- Only one credit card is combined between us , and mostly it is my debt so I want to pay it so she does not end up with $ 4000 debit
8- When divorcing I don�t want to see her or talk to her or even e-mail her ( too much emotional drama + I do want to see her family or face them
Would you help and advice what should I do? I don�t want to go to court and everything at my house she can keep it I don�t want anything

If you retain an attorney and file the dissolution papers with the attorney you have no obligation to talk to her. You can tell her to talk through your attorney and your attorney can inform her that all discussions and correspondence is to go through the attorney.
