If a woman files for divorce without benefit of legal counsel, does all the paperwork herself, does not address division of assets in the documents filed due to a ''verbal agreement'' between she and her husband, and the divorce (uncontested) is granted after the 6 month waiting period......Does she now have any legal recourse if the ''verbal agreement'' as to the division of assets is broken?

You probably have a remedy. That remedy may be to sue for breach of contract in civil court. Take the documents to an attorney for a review to help determine your options.
