divorce

can i write a lettle to the judge and give it to her on my court date.

i don't feel that my attorney will speak up on some issures.

You can file a declaration. Make sure you serve the opposing party with a copy. I would never recommned doing it without the knowledge and consent of your legal counsel. If s/he is not giving you good advise, find another attorney. Fast.
