Divorce

My x-wife put a lien or abstract of judgent on my property/business. I owe back taxes, this has put a hold on my loan to pay the goverment

I suggest that you negotiate with her an the government to pay off both of the debts or at least pay down both of the debts. They are both debts that have priority and the sooner that you clear them up the sooner you will be financially free. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
