Legal Question in Family Law in California

Divorce after a 18 year period of abandonment

When our daughter was 4 months old my husband of 5 years left us. This was in October of 1985. She is in college now. I have not heard from him in several years. I have no idea where he is and I am on a limited budget would very much like to get a legal divorce. How can I do this without and attorney or paying high court costs?

You can use a qualified paralegal assistant (document preparer) to keep the cost down.

We offer attorney supervised paralegal support services to our clients who do not wish to retain legal services.

Good luck to you.
