Legal Question in Family Law in California
Want to get divorce have a 1 yr old but want to move out of state with other children and family in missouri should i file here or file in missouri once i have been there for 6 months what is better for me as a mother?

It is better to do it here. Although you can legally move the children out of state, if he then files in California within six months, you will not only be forced to come back here for the case, the California courts will look with extreme disfavor on your attempt to take the kids away from their father. He could wind up with primary custody, all else being equal.
