I would like to start the proceeding of getting a divorce after 7 yrs of marriage. My husband has 3 children, but we do not have any children together. We do have a house that was just refinanced, i am not working, but my husband is and he has a 401k. What can i legally ask for out of this marriage. I want to get something out of this marriage for the 7 yrs i gave to him and his family.
