Legal Question in Family Law in California
I'm Divorced for approx 7 years, I have had child support payments come out of my pay directly, My Ex wife has tried to get the Judge to make me pay for activities for the kids. But the Judge did not allow it. So I contribute what I can when I can for the kids activities. My ex has continuously harrases me for Money to pay for expensive activities that I continue to let her know that I cannot afford, so she emails me and text with inappropriate comments and continue to Harras me for Money, She also holds the kids from me if I don't pay and makes up excuses so the kids don't see me. What is my legal right to have her stop the Harrasment. Loving Dad

You can turn the tables on her and take HER to court. You can ask for a restraining order on the harassing messages, and you can get an OSC re: contempt regarding her failure to follow the custody order.
