divorced brother sold stocks to give ex her 1/2. needed to file a ''quadro'' for

my divorced brother sold stocks to give his ex a portion of her 1/2. she has $ now. a form called ''quatro'' or something like that needed to be filed in court. he was told he is still on time, i can't find form. form need be in court. as it is now, it's like he gave her a ''gift'' not a court agreed share. she needs to sign form, they agreed he will do and pay for filing, she agreed to sign form. any samples you can share? where can i find form? taxes need be done. help
