IF AFTER DIVORCED YOU DISCOVER THAT THE EXPARTY HAS A SECOND PENSION THAT WAS NEVER DECLARED DURING DIVORCE PROCEEDINGS ARE YOU INTITLED TO ANY OF THE SECOND PENSION? AND CAN THE EXPARTY BE SANCTIONED FOR WITH HOLDING OR NOT DECLARING THIS INFORMATION AS A LIFETIME SUPOSUAL SUPPORT RULEING WAS RENDERED ONLY ON THE FIRST PENSION. tHE SECOND PENSION WAS IN FULL FORCE THREW OUT THE CORSE OF THE MARRIAGE OF 10 YEARS.

Yes, any omitted assets, whether intentionally or mistakenly omitted can be subjected to further proceedings for allocation. If the omission was intentional, you can reopen the whole case for fraud, but you only have six months from when you found out.
