Legal Question in Family Law in California

Hi, we are getting divorced with my husband. I am so frustrated...We have 2 kids, 22 and 2 months old. I have no income and scared about my financial future and future of kids. Please, let me know what are my options and what first I have to do now.

Who is "we"? Be sure you are very clear that it is ONLY you who is divorcing your husband. Your husband will be entitled to establish a relationship with his children. If you try to prevent that, this will only hurt you in a custody battle.
