Legal Question in Family Law in California

I am getting divorced from my husband (uncontested divorce). The marriage lasted for only two weeks. We agreed on not having any claims against each other etc. We asked for a simple judgement which I received yesterday. The effective date of termination of our marriage seems to be too early. Service of process only took place on 12/30/2010. According ot the judgement, the effective date is 03/25/2011. This, however, infringes the six months wating period. Could this ause any problems?

Not if no one appeals. It appears to be a legal error, but once the time to appeal has run, the judgment becomes final, regardless of any legal error, and is binding on the parties.
