Legal Question in Family Law in California

My ex and I divorced in 2007. We did our own Marital Settlement agreement. It included Child support/alimony at the time. No child support is given now. Can I collect more alimony ?? my child is now 21 and still living with me. My health benefits through my work are skyrocketing and need help from my ex to help me with this. At the time of our divorce my employer paid 100% of all my benifits now.... I am a teacher in Calif.
