Legal Question in Family Law in California

Divorced Parent using racial slurs, threats and comments to keep child away from

A divorced father has a new child with a new wife who is Asian and the x-wife will not allow the 6 year old child to be with the father because he has had another child whom she calls racial names to and in front of the 6 year old, tells the 6 year old that his half brother will die, is not a person and uses racial slurs about the baby, etc. Are there any types of laws pertaining to this kind of abuse and where can I read up on any cases that could compare with this situation?

You should file a motion to change custody. Her conduct is very detrimental to your son. She is using him as a club to beat you up to get even. The family court personnel are familar with this type of conduct and know how divestating it can be. Move quickly to minimize the damages to your son.
