Legal Question in Family Law in California

I'm getting divorced in San Diego county, CA and the home we own is in someone else's name due to my soon-to-be ex husband hiding assets. I heard I can file a joinder to the person who holds the title. What do you think I should do?

Immediately contact an attorney. When real estate that belongs to the community has been put in another person's name, you have a really serious legal problem. Do not try to handle this one yourself.

I think that you should retain an attorney. Yes a joinder is probably necessary but this is complex. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
