Legal Question in Family Law in California

I've been divorced since 2005. Separated before that since 2002 with a restraining order in place because of threats against me and my kids. My wife's alcohol problems had her in prison and away from her kids until 2006. My 3 kids had always lived with me until this past July my daughter, (15) movd n with her Mom. I now have been served with child support papers and a subsequent lien on my home b her attorney to pay his fees. What are my options?
