Legal Question in Family Law in California
Once divorced, if your spouse re-marries does this mean the spouse loses all legal claim to any entitlements fro the 1st marriage? This is if all of the previous' divorce decree requirements are met.

I'm not sure what your're exactly asking for. The parties still have to comply with the terms of the divorce judgment.
I too am confused by your question. If all the previous divorce decree requirements have been met, there wouldn't be any legal claim to any entitlements from the first marriage regardless of either spouse re-marrying. Only if there are outstanding aspects of the divorce decree that remain to be performed, either ongoing such as spousal and child support, or one time things that have been deferred, such as a payment due when the family home sells if one spouse got to keep it, would it even make any sense to ask about the effect of re-marriage.
