Legal Question in Family Law in California

Divorced in 2009 and I have visitation with my children. I am getting remarried and asked the mother if I could change my 26 hour visit with the children of July4-5 to August 30-31 for the wedding. I gave her my proposal and stated she would be able to have 4 weeks to decide and let me know so my fiance can order the dress and tux for my children. Long story short she ended up with 6 weeks to decide because of a road closure and me being unable to get the children. She still hasnt given me an answer. Can I take her to court to force her to make a decision since this is time sensitive? If so what documents do I need to fill out because I don't want it to be a permanent change to the order just a change this one time?
