Legal Question in Family Law in California

I was divorced 28 years ago and given a portion of my exhusbands pension with a QDRO. He is now retired and I'm getting some of his pension and he is livid. He has filed a motion of modification of spousal support and IT IS NOT SPOUSAL SUPPORT. He has no leg to stand on. But here's the thing, I have moved to Southern Los Angeles and he filed in Fresno. How do I file a Motion to dismiss without having to go to Fresno???
