Legal Question in Family Law in California
I have been divorced for 2 years. I have legal, primary custody of our two children. I would like to move soon, is it possible to change the current custody arrangement? If so, will it be a difficult process?

The process is not difficult at all if the other parent stipulates to this change and you file an order with the court reflecting this new arrangement. The geographical distance of the move is the crux of the issue. If your move allows for essentially the same quality of timeshare, the court may support the move. I urge you to consult with a skilled family law attorney to explore your legal options.
