*I'm divorced and 65 years, 11 months old, unemployed

*Fully vested in my 401K

Can I take a partial distribution from my 401K if I have not filed a QUADRO yet for ex-spouse?

You need an attorney. It would have been better to file QDRO at time of divorce. I’d want the order done and money divided before I touched it. Hopefully the division was clear in the divorce decree…

I agree with Kelvin. QUADRO should have been done during the divorce. You need to get it done ASAP.
