Legal Question in Family Law in California

I have been divorced for 5 years. the terms of the settelment were 50k owed in a will when my ex passes away. he has gone thru the 20k that was in the bank and his property is on a reverse morgtage. he has aslo sold or put personal property in other peoples name. he does not have 50k left. what can i do?

That was a real bad settlement. You may want to talk to an attorney about a malpractice suit against the attorney who advised you to take that settlement.
