Legal Question in Family Law in California

Can He Do This?

I have been divorced about 2 years. We have 11 and 12 year old children. I have 70% custody. My children and I have a peaceful, happy life together. My ex husband is now threatening me for more custody of the children. The children are panicked, they don't want anything to change. He now works at home and wants them there more. We live about 5 minutes away from each other. Does he have any legal right to do this? Would the CA courts grant this? Would the kids have a say at all?

Thanks so much for your help

Re: Can He Do This?

He can, the court may or may not grant it. it is pretty much a roll of the dice. The kids have a say but not the final word. my guess is the court would probably grant more time but you would likely still have 50% or more.
