Legal Question in Family Law in California

I divorced after 30 years last year. I am 61, he is 64. My ex stated his income was $0, his LLC $0, our retirement funds $0 and his medical practice $0. I was given only $1200 support.

This year, 1 year after our divorce, he is selling his practice, selling his LLC (medical building) and retiring. He is filing a motion to stop support based on his retirement.

I say he must have more income (money) then he did when we divorced, therefore I deserve an increase in support.

Is that a valid argument? How can I get his financial records?

I have a bad feeling that you handled your own divorce and did not seek this information on you own when you should have. You need to talk to a competent family law attorney as soon as possible.
