divorce/home loan responsibility
my girlfriend divorced 10 years ago and signed a quit claim deed, but did not force her ex-husband to remove her from the home loan.
what legal right does she have to force the removal of her name/responsibility from that loan?

Unless the divorce decree directed him to refinance or otherwise remove her from the financial obligation, she is still indebted on the home loan. There is no way to force him to remove her from ther loan unless the divorce decree provided her relief.
