divorce/restraining order

married 1 year own condo 6 months husband has become deadbeat and wont pay anything iam on disability and hes abusive how do i get him out

You may apply for a kick out order if there has been physical abuse and he won't leave voluntarily. You may do so upon filing for dissolution or a TRO on its own.

If there has been domestic violence you can seek a restraining order which will give you exclusive use of the family residence.
