Legal Question in Family Law in California

Divorcing in CA. Need help. Wife has threatened with domestic violence. I have not done anything. She claims she has filed for divorce but has not served me. Should I leave rhe house?

If you have another place you can stay, I would be prudent for you not to be in the house. If she's raising allegations of domestic violence, it can be down to your word against hers in some circumstances and if the court feels if there's enough evidence in her declaration, you could not only be removed from the house but suffer a restrictive restraining order.
