Legal Question in Family Law in California

Divorcing in California

I am currently in the initial phase of a divorce after deciding to separate at the end of February 09. My wife and I separated in June 07 and I filed for divorce in December 07. She signed the divorce documents and I had it filed with the Superior Court. The document she signed in Dec. 07 under penalty of perjury stated we had no community property or debts together. We reconciled in late March 08 and I withdrew the paperwork, she moved back in late May 08. Now she is stating that everything she previously signed away on is half hers. The only items acquired after reconciling was a dog, sofa, and a television. As I stated she is now fighting me in court for half of it all as well as spousal support. Can she still fight me and win for items she signed off on in Dec. 07? And as far as spousal support she works full time for the state and I for the government. We have no children in common but I do have 2 from a previous relationship who I pay child support for and also incur additional expenses for their essential needs. Can she really get spousal support? Thank you in advance for your attention.
