How soon after a divorice case has been dismissed is the client retainer balance due back to the client. Does Section 6211/6212, Rule 4-110C, 4-100B, and 4-100C apply?

If you made an advance for fees and costs, it should have been held in the attorney's client trust account. If the matter for which the attorney represented you is concluded, then any unearned money should be returned to you immediately.
