divorse/ child custody

i filled for divorce thru paralegal help. i took the forms to the court, and now all i need is to have someone serve him with the divorce papers. but what will happen if i cant serve him, we can never find him at home or contact him on the phone. what will happen if he never gets served??

You should hire a professional process server. The process server should be able to assist you in getting him served.

You should hire a process server to serve the papers to him. You can also have a third party not you serve him the papers.
