DNA Test/Child Custody

My fiance's ex gf gave birth to a baby in May 05,she told him it was his child,then denied it was his,she cant make up her mind.She refuses to have any contact w/ him what so ever.We want a DNA test to see if the child is his or not,but we dont know the steps of going about this-especially since she wont have any contact and refuses to do a DNA test.Its runing our lives,please help us. We are from the Sacramento California area,so if you have any information that could help us it would be greatly appreciated! Thanks
