Legal Question in Family Law in California

Dna testing

My girlfriend and I just recently stop talking because all we did was fight but she is pregnant.The baby might be mine or her ex-boyfriends, she now tells me that she won't give me a dna test and to just forget about the baby. I believe the baby is mine and want a dna test, is there a legal way of making her give me a dna test when the baby is born?

You can file a petition for paternity.
