If a document is signed on a plane at the Philippine airport, will the document be legal in the U.S?

Where a document is signed has very little to do with whether it is valid elsewhere or not. It depends on the nature of the document, the laws governing such documents in the place it was signed, whether such documents are void or voidable in either location, and whether the parties are subject to the jurisdiction of the new location.
