domestic abuse charges

as a supposed victim of domestic violence why am i not able to speak to the prosecuter to tell the real story that i wasn't abused. how can i get the information into the right hands so the charges are dropped

There is nothing that you can do to get the charges dropped. If there was any evidence of an injury to you the case will not be dropped. This is the result of years of the female calling the police and then a day or two later stating that they wanted to charges dropped. That no longer works in California.
