Legal Question in Family Law in California

Domestic Disturbance

A few weeks ago the police were called by a 3rd party to come to my house where their might be a domestic disturbance. There wasn't any but I had a black eye which made the call more serious than it needed to be. A report has been written (no arrests) and I was told it is not public record and nothing will become of it unless there is a future incident. Today my boyfriend's credit cards were shut off due to a ''legal matter'' and they couldn't elaborate. What could this be leading to?

Re: Domestic Disturbance

Its hard to say, your question would require far more research or investigation, as this alleged "legal matter" could be anything, and not necessarily the domestic incident at issue, as things stand. The "legal matter" could be nothing more than late payments, etc..per se.
