Legal Question in Family Law in California

Domestic Partner Contract

I would like to prepare a ''prenuptuial agreement'' for a domestic partner relationship. Where would I find some sort of form? Do you have any advice going into this situation?

Re: Domestic Partner Contract

you could for "standardized forms" online thru a search engine or quite possibly a place that sells certain legal forms like mailbox etc...

however, if you do have specific provisions or securities that may deviate from a standard form, like most persons, you probably should retain an attorney to draft such a legal document specific to your intentions. that way you will have greater peace of mind knowing you are truly legally covered within such an agreement. if you would like further assistance, contact us today via email or phone.
