Domestic Partners

Was there any change in the language dealing with domestic Partners regarding opposite sex under the age of 65. My boyfriend and I are ages 47 & 31, we have been living together for 3 years. Why can't we become Domestic Partners? Isn't this discrimination.

Under the new domestic partnership law, you do not qualify based upon your ages. Your alternative is marriage.
