domestic violence charge
My friend was at her estranged husband's house and he was inebriated & pushed her and she turned & slapped him in the face in self defence and in doing so - her nail sliced a large mole on the estranged hubs. face. He then called the police. The police arrested her & put her in jail overnight. The estranged hub. now says that he can take the house & get full custody of their 2 children & won't have to give her a dime. Is this true & what should she do? Thank you very much for your help.
