domestic violence victim

is there anything I can do when my husband and I are separted, not legally. and husband refuses to help support in any way. leaving me with homeless with no money.

You can file a petition for child support. Apply for welfare, and the county will go after him for child support. He can also be criminally prosecuted for refusing to support you and the children. The department of child support services in your county.
