Domestic Violence/Divorce

The court ordered a restraining order with a kick out on my hub. It says its good for 3 years.Now that I am divorcing him he wants back in the house (only his name is on the deed). What kind of proof do I need to show that I should still be allowed to stay in the house (also, who pays the mortgage)? I have nowhere to go. He slapped me repeatedly in Sept and my left cheek bone still has a bump and is swollen-its now Dec.
