Legal Question in Family Law in California

Driving priveleges

Under what circumstances will the DA suspend a drivers license in a child support case? Has no job so not making support payments. Can a license be ''conditional'' to obtain a job and resume payments? How does one find out if license is suspended?

NOW, IN RESPONSE TO YOUR INQUIRY --

DA (now actually DCSS) suspends licenses when other collection techniques fail. If your license is suspended for non-payment of child support you will be given notice.
